For ‘yam-cha’ and hanging out  with friends and colleagues, there are several cafes and restaurants located in  the area. Plus, the area also houses several banks, specialty stores et  cetera.</p>

<h2>Analysis</h2>
<p>Driving along Jalan Kepong, one can evidence rows and rows of commercial  areas, as well as residential that made the road congested almost every hour  around the clock. Indeed, the road is too narrow to be burdened by all  activities by the people in the area.</p>
<p>Besides that, due to the heavy congestion and pollution from surrounding  activities, Casa Prima is not very liveable. Living in the condominium means  that one has to suffer bad smoky air and a lot of noise – everyday, all the  time.</p>
<p>From the unit, one can enjoy nice views atop of the neighborhood – which  depends on which area the unit is facing. Units facing the north will enjoy more  greenery views, including the Kepong Metropolitan Lake Garden, FRIM and Genting. Meanwhile, the south-facing unit will enjoy  the views of the city centre and a river. Even though north-facing units seem  more appealing, these units are directly facing the congested Jalan Kepong. By  the way, the balcony for each unit is very small, just about 2 feet – not  suitable enough for one who prefer to sit with a cup of coffee.</p>
<p>Kepong is one of the 11 Kuala Lumpur constituencies represented in the Malaysian Parliament. Living standard and security are totally different with metro prima &#8230;.. _security more serious even a visitor cannot walk through in to the condo . 70% staying Chinese.
