Analysis
Driving along Jalan Kepong, one can evidence rows and rows of commercial areas, as well as residential that made the road congested almost every hour around the clock. Indeed, the road is too narrow to be burdened by all activities by the people in the area.
Besides that, due to the heavy congestion and pollution from surrounding activities, Casa Prima is not very liveable. Living in the condominium means that one has to suffer bad smoky air and a lot of noise – everyday, all the time.
